Refund & Returns Policy

At Cyco Surgical, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure every product meets our strict quality standards. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The quantity received does not match the order
  • There is a manufacturing fault

Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” are not accepted for wholesale/custom orders.

2. Time Frame for Returns

All return or replacement requests must be made within:

7 days of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or private-labeled products
  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted stock

4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Send photos/videos of the issue (for verification)
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided

Note: We do not accept returns without prior approval.

5. Replacement Policy

Once we inspect and validate the returned product:

  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost
  • For defective items, we cover the shipping of replacement units
  • For wrong orders caused by the customer, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not available
  • The product is confirmed defective
  • The order was canceled before production

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during purchase.

Refund Time: 7–14 business days after approval.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins
  • Custom or branded orders cannot be canceled once work has started

8. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from our side, we cover shipping costs
  • If the return is due to the customer’s mistake, the customer pays shipping fees
