At Cyco Surgical, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure every product meets our strict quality standards. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- The quantity received does not match the order
- There is a manufacturing fault
Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” are not accepted for wholesale/custom orders.
2. Time Frame for Returns
All return or replacement requests must be made within:
7 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or private-labeled products
- Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted stock
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Send photos/videos of the issue (for verification)
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided
Note: We do not accept returns without prior approval.
5. Replacement Policy
Once we inspect and validate the returned product:
- A replacement will be sent at no extra cost
- For defective items, we cover the shipping of replacement units
- For wrong orders caused by the customer, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- A replacement is not available
- The product is confirmed defective
- The order was canceled before production
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund Time: 7–14 business days after approval.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins
- Custom or branded orders cannot be canceled once work has started
8. Shipping Costs
- If the error is from our side, we cover shipping costs
- If the return is due to the customer’s mistake, the customer pays shipping fees
